About KEy performance and wellness
Danny McAleese, DPT
Key Performance and Wellness was founded by Danny McAleese. Born and raised in Pocatello, Danny has always had an affinity for the unique outdoor activities that Pocatello offers this special community. After graduating from Idaho State University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, he moved to Jackson Hole, WY to work in an orthopedic outpatient therapy clinic specializing in sports rehab. After learning the nuances of outpatient therapy, Danny decided he wanted to return home to Pocatello and offer the community unequivocal one on one physical therapy care.

Will Cleary, DPT
Will joined Key Performance and Wellness in August of 2024 and we feel pretty darn lucky to have him on our team. Born and raised in Pocatello, Will graduated from Pocatello High School. His interest in physical therapy began during his college baseball career as he personally experienced the profound benefits of PT, allowing him to maintain optimal performance and gain a deeper understanding of his body's needs for long-term well being. This experience inspired him to pursue a career in physical therapy, with a strong focus on helping others achieve and sustain wellness tailored to their specific needs.
Will earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. After completing his studies, he was eager to return to the mountains of Idaho and the close-knit community of Pocatello, where he enjoys mountain biking, golfing, running and snowboarding among other outdoor pursuits.
